I have practiced this tool in Gujjar community women to gauge the level of impact of shift power as a result of Actionaid Pakistan and Anjuman Rafa e Ama. I feel happy and satisfied with this tool. This is quite easy and approaching tool to community mind set. According to community mental approach and understanding level. We had edited this tool with another head "COLLABORATIVE " to see the actual position of access and control. By adding this head we became much clear and enlightened about the actual level of shift of power within community. It is quite good and I will further utilize it at different levels for better future planning for community development and prosperity.
