This video is about how the community scorecard process is carried out in Nepal. We are following the process of improving public service in education by using the scorecard process in relation to a local public school. The community scorecard is also used in relation to local Health Clinics and agricultural extension services. The process has four steps:
1) Input tracking scorecard
2) Community indicators
3) Community scorecard
4) Service provider scorecard
5) Joint interface meeting
These different steps are shown as they are carried out by community mobilisers from ActionAid Nepal partners.
